Fritz, Kerr Joins FEDA Board

Frank Fritz, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer of Dexter Apache Holdings, Inc. and Jodi Kerr, Firm Principal at TD&T Financial Group, have been appointed position of Director on the Board of Directors of the Fairfield Economic Development Association, Inc. (FEDA).  The two assume the 3-year directorships and replace the retiring Royse Huff and Ross Walker.

Fritz, born in Washington, Iowa assumes a spot on the FEDA Board in his 14th year with Dexter.  A Coe College graduate, Fritz grew up on a small family farm near the Pleasant Plain and Brighton area.  He relocated to Fairfield in 1994 following 13 years as a staff accountant at McGladrey & Pullen in Cedar Rapids and a year as CFO of Johnson Gas Appliance Company.

Kerr, a University of Northern Iowa graduate and native of Sigourney, Iowa, started her career with TD&T (formerly Theobald, Donohue & Thompson, P.C.) in 1988.  She was named Partner of the firm in January 2006.  Kerr is currently Secretary of the Fairfield Rotary Club, President of the Education Foundation of Fairfield Public Schools, Treasurer of the Birmingham United Methodist Church and is a member of the First National Bank of Fairfield, Iowa Board of Directors.  Kerr and her husband Mickey have two daughters, Courtney, 17 and Hanna, 14.

“Frank and Jodi’s knowledge and experience in their respective industries and in the Fairfield community come to the FEDA Board at a critical time,” said Pat Doyle, FEDA President.  “The retirement of Royse and Ross, two Board members who have contributed to our organization and the Fairfield community through their more than 40 years of combined service on the FEDA Board, opens a new chapter in FEDA leadership, and Frank and Jodi come both highly recommended and highly sought-after.”
