Nick Graham Named to FEDA Board

FAIRFIELD, IOWA (May 19, 2023) Nick Graham, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. has been elected by the Grow Fairfield Economic Development Association Board of Directors to join its eight-member Board.

Graham joined Cambridge in 2017 and leads a growing team of nearly 200 technology associate professionals. He also serves as a member of Cambridge’s Executive Council and was named Chief Technology Officer of the Year by Wealth Management.com at its 2021 Industry Awards.

Graham said, “I appreciate the opportunity to serve on the Grow Fairfield Board of Directors. I’ve enjoyed seeing the growth since I moved to the area in 2017, and all the great work being done behind the scenes by Grow Fairfield. It’s so important that we continue to create resources and opportunities for the people and businesses of our community, and I look forward to being part of that process.”

As a resident of Fairfield, Graham works to advocate for and strengthen community development. In 2022, he joined the City of Fairfield and Grow Fairfield’s joint task force to help the City create a data-driven action plan to improve housing access, affordability, quality and encourage new development.  In addition, Graham and his team helped lead a public-private partnership with Indian Hills Community College, to develop the Cambridge Internship and Employment Program, which offers Computer Software Development students to earn a paid internship at Cambridge leading to a career.

Recent initiatives include successfully welcoming Sun & Fun Motorsports to Fairfield, a new $3.1M investment in the community, opening of a new 185-space childcare center and recently completing a Housing Study and Action Plan for the City. Grow Fairfield continues to demonstrate its commitment to enhancing the economic vitality of the community.
